As summer approaches and the weather gets warmer, it is important for you and your baby that you stay hydrated. Sometimes plain water is just that…plain! Since water may get a little boring, you may want to have a more fun drink over the holiday weekend. Alcohol-free, naturally sweet, and full of flavor, these refreshing drinks will quench your thirst.

Note: be sure to thoroughly wash all fresh produce and herbs before usage. Store herbs and produce in the fridge properly to prevent spoilage.
