My name is Maya, a Registered Dietitian and vegan prenatal expert. I help vegan women meet their nutrient needs and manage pregnancy symptoms for a healthy pregnancy.
When my sister became pregnant, I noticed a lack of nutrition resources for vegan women; nutrition information is heavily focused on eating animal products for a healthy pregnancy.
You can meet your nutrient needs and manage pregnancy symptoms while still eating a vegan diet during pregnancy. You don't need to eat meat, dairy, or eggs to grow a healthy baby!
